Titon Holdings Pls is an award-winning international manufacturer and supplier of mechanical ventilation systems and hardware for windows and doors including handles, hinges, trickle vents and extract fans. The business has a reputation founded on quality products and excellent customer service, and has recently celebrated its 50-year anniversary having been founded by John Anderson in Colchester in 1972. With revenues of c£23m, Titon Holdings Plc has been fully listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1988, with the ordinary shares now quoted on the AIM market within the LSE.

Titon employs over 210 people, with 181 in the UK across the Head Office in Colchester and manufacturing site in Haverhill, 29 in South Korea and 1 in the USA. Culturally, it is widely regarded as a people focused business, where employees are offered challenging, rewarding long term careers within a supportive, friendly environment.
